AVAILABLE!
Held upon request. Sunday's only.....Traditional,
Vegetarian and/or Vegan Tamale Classes offered. Give me a call or email me
to set up a date that works for you and your friends. Minimum 3 Students,
maximum 5 per Class. Personal, one on one Classes also offered by special
arrangement.
$55 per Student includes Appetizers, the making of your Tamale Dough (without
lard!), forming your Tamales, wrapping them in Corn Husks; proper way to steam
them to perfection; the making of a fantastic Tamale Sauce, Tamale Lunch served; all the Recipes,
AND
take your Dozen freshly steamed Tamales home for dinner! We will also make
a great Salsa and Spanish Rice!
Dried Corn Husks, Masa Flour and Tamale Steamers available to purchase after the Class!

Glenn will help you evaluate your potential lot before you buy from a design/build aspect at no charge to you. He would be happy to give you a design/build quote and other important information necessary to know when you are considering a lot purchase. Information way beyond what a real estate agent would even know. There are many considerations when purchasing a building site, some of which add expense to building process. Also, I may see even greater potential than what you might think is possible.

Baking Tools and Equipment are available for sale after Class ............Metal and Wooden Bread/Pizza Peels, Instant-Read Thermometers, Bread-Proofing Baskets, Pizza Cutters, Spray Bottles, Bread/Pizza Stones, Various Flours, Lamé Dough Slashing Tools, Dough Scrapers, Bread Bags, etc.Note: The next regular Bread Bake will take place on Sunday, January 3rd. We'll be baking Italian Ciabatta (Slipper Bread), brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with coarse salt, rosemary and parmesan; and of course, we'll be baking our rustic Sourdough Boulés and Bâtards and also Stromboli, which is a luscious, stuffed pizza! You may bring your own bread dough, chickens, other meats, potatoes, beans, etc., if you'd like, to bake in our wood-fired brick oven or just enjoy the bread baking process and after you may wish to purchase one of our beautiful, crusty and delicious Rustic Sourdough Boulés, Bâtards, Ciabattas for $5.50 or a Stromboli for $9.99 each (feeds 4).
