Glenn will help you evaluate your potential lot before you buy from a design/build aspect at no charge to you. He would be happy to give you a design/build quote and other important information necessary to know when you are considering a lot purchase. Information way beyond what a real estate agent would even know. There are many considerations when purchasing a building site, some of which add expense to building process. Also, I may see even greater potential than what you might think is possible.

This 4-Hour+ Class includes instruction on making a fantastic Pizza Dough, hands-on kneading and shaping of your doughs; a Brick Oven Pizza Lunch, soft drinks, a container of Sourdough Starter, instruction on The Care and Feeding of your Starter; Mixing your Sourdough Bread Dough, Turning your Dough, Tips on perfect Slashing of your loaves; Shaping your Boules and Bâtards; a great Sourdough Bread Recipe, Ciabatta, Pizza Dough and Sauce Recipes, Bread tasting; invaluable techniques and tips and a loaf of freshly baked Sourdough Bread right out of the outdoor Brick Oven to take home and enjoy! A fun and informative Class! We will also show you how to make a Stromboli with ease!
Baking Tools and Equipment are available for sale after Class ............Metal and Wooden Bread/Pizza Peels, Instant-Read Thermometers, Bread-Proofing Baskets, Pizza Cutters, Spray Bottles, Bread/Pizza Stones, Various Flours, Lamé Dough Slashing Tools, Dough Scrapers, Bread Bags, etc.Note: The next regular Bread Bake will take place on To Be Announced We'll be baking Italian Ciabatta (Slipper Bread), brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with coarse salt, rosemary and parmesan; and of course, we'll be baking our rustic Sourdough Boulés and Bâtards and also Stromboli, which is a luscious, stuffed pizza! You may bring your own bread dough, chickens, other meats, potatoes, beans, etc., if you'd like, to bake in our wood-fired brick oven or just enjoy the bread baking process and after you may wish to purchase one of our beautiful, crusty and delicious Rustic Sourdough Boulés, Bâtards, Ciabattas for $4.00 or a Stromboli for $7.99 each (feeds 4).
